Products purchased through the website are not refundable through Dukhon UAE branches at all.

The period allowed to return products and compensation is seven days from the date of receipt of the order.

Applications paid by Tamara or Tabi will be refunded by YEM

Return Policy Does Not Include The following Products: UAE Dukhon Samples

Applications from outside Saudi Arabia are non-refundable

Gifts must be returned if they are with the request when the amount is refunded and must be in their original condition to accept your request

Delivery and payment on delivery is a paid service for receiving the order and paying on time, upon the arrival of the product and the desire to return is deducted for the benefit of the customer

The Gold Warranty is available only once per customer, if the package includes the Gold Warranty.

In the case of return of the packages, the package must be returned in full, including gifts, if any. In the event of a remote of any product, an additional fee of 30 is charged with the cost of the underproduct.

The value of the missing perfume is calculated as following: 200 ÷ 4 = 50
